Biography

First licensed in 1991,active for about 8 years as a tech licensee, then was out of the hobby until about 2009.Got the bug again in late 2009 and passed the General class. Passed the Extra test in 2013 and am now back on the air. I usually hang out on 2 meter FM simplex with some local friends and on 80 meters with some others that are out of 2 meter range. Another thing I enjoy doing is homebrewing beer. I really have fun with that as well. You'd be surprised at the quality of beers that you can brew yourself with a modest amount of equipment. Maybe we can have a QSO on the bands sometime, Cheers.
