Biography

Born in Nagoya, Japan, 1947, while my dad, a USAF pilot, was commander of Komaki Airfield. Came to the U.S. at 10 weeks old.

First licensed 1960 but no contacts given equipment challenges. Retired in 2010 and re-licensed in 2011 with current vanity call, chosen for its very few CW characters.

Learned CW while in the USAF as a Manual Morse Intercept Operator, in Darmstadt, Germany from 1968 to 1971, 6910th. Security Wing, Able Flight. Returned to CONUS July, 1971 to honorably separate.

Prefer SSB voice DX now.
