| Biography I was first licensed in 1991 as N1JHY. Upgraded to Extra Class in 1993.
My favorate modes are SSB phone, RTTY and Packet, now supplanted by PSK31. My equipment includes FT DX 5000 MP transceiver, an Alpha 91B linear, and a Sommer TS-25 vertical antenna mounted on a short tower. I also operate on ECHOLINK and on CQ100. My XYL is very tolerant of antennas and wires, thankfully.
