My first taste of radio was back in the 80s on CB radio, I also had a keen interest in shortwave listening. After a 30-year break, I decided to get back into radio.

Billingham is located in Durham, North East England, three miles north of the major town of Stockton-on-Tees, 119 miles southeast of Edinburgh, and 219 miles north of London.

Yaesu FT-710, 11m high Cushcraft D-3 Tri-Band Rotatable Dipole (10,15 and 20m.) G7FEK (Nested Marconi) for 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m and 10m. My NVIS antenna is a 20m EFHW 40-10m with 49-1 unun and a 10m Silverrod vertical antenna (10/12m).
