Hello to anyone visiting my page,



My name is Kasparas, and I am 15 years old from Vilnius, Lithuania.

I first got interested in amateur radio in the summer of 2024. I started learning Morse code at that time, but later I took a break (I actually forgot about it for a while). I came back to the hobby again in 2026 (on 2026-05-26), when I got my licence and became an active amateur radio operator.

My current station is a QRP Labs QMX 5 W transceiver. I use a Xiegu VK-6 key, or sometimes a straight key, together with an MX-K2 keyer. For antenna tuning, I use a Z-match tuner.

My main antenna is a Mini EFHW K24 with a 1:49 transformer. I also use a H05V-K wire antenna system with a counterpoise, which is currently installed indoors and runs across my apartment.

Outside of radio, I play in an orchestra on tuba.
