LU3HKA, Héctor, es radioaficionado desde 1985. Su anterior licencia era, LU7EVU. Cambia a la actual en el año 1986. En agosto de 2010, logra su último ascenso como radioaficionado, alcanzando la categoría SUPERIOR. Examen que rinde en el LU1HRA, Radio Club Alta Gracia.

Se enorgullece de ser hermano de uno de los mejores radioaficionados de Israel; 4Z5FI RUBEN ALON. Integrante del Holyland DX Group. Con vastícima experiencia en concursos y expediciones. Ganador de varios premios internacionales, operando su licencia especial 4X0T

Héctor LU3HKA, ha participado de varios concursos nacionales y algunos internacionales que le dieron importantes conocimientos en estos temas; a la vez que lo inclinaron al DX.

Es socio del Radio Club Argentino. También del Bahia Blanca DX Group.

Fundó junto a colegas y amigos, el Radio Grupo Sierras de Córdoba en 1995.

Fundó junto a su amigo LW2HBP Miguel Angel Vastag el G.E.R.E.R. Grupo Expedicionario de Radioaficionados Eco Radio en 2000. Siendo a la fecha, el QSL Manager del grupo y su Secretario

El Grupo ECO RADIO, nació para brindar la posibilidad a un grupo de radioaficionados, de realizar esta actividad desde lugares poco comunes. Disfrutando de la naturaleza y el paisaje (por ello ECO) y el placer de practicar el hobby de la radio (por ello RADIO).

Se han realizado en el seno del mismo, importantes y variados eventos que han concitado la atención de centenares de participante

Héctor LU3HKA ha participado en varias expediciones dentro de Argentina, y puesta en el aire de tarjetas QSL especiales y certificados conmemorativos.

Fue parte del team encargado de poner en el aire en el ILLW 2008, el Faro Claromecó ARG 014 - AR 0008, representando al Bahía Blanca DX Group LU3DXG; y obviamente a su Grupo ECO RADIO.

En 2009 formó parte de de la expedición organizada por el Grupo ECO RADIO que activara el Faro BALIZA CHICA AR 0026 durante el Fin de Semana Internacional de los Faros y Buques Faro de ese año.

Formó parte de la expedición que pone al aire las Balizas del Puerto de Rawson, Pcia. del Chubut en el transcurso del Fin de Semana Sudamericano de los Faros 2011, junto a integrantes del Grupo Eco Radio.

Durante el Fin de Semana Sudamericano de los Faros 2013, junto a colegas del Grupo ECO RADIO y del Radio Club Mar del Plata LU2DT; se encarga de poner al aire el Faro Punta Mogotes ARG 0005 de la ciudad de Mar del Plata.

The Group ECHO RADIO, was born to offer the possibility to a group of radio hams, to realise this activity from little common places. Enjoying the nature and the landscape (for that reason ECHO) and the pleasure to practice the hobby of the radio (for that reason RADIO).

Héctor LU3HKA has participated in several expeditions within Argentina, and put in the air of special cards QSL and commemorative certificates.
