Biography
My name is John and I live in Gausdal near the olympic city of '94 Lillehammer in Norway. I work as an ethical hacker, which means I get paid (legally) to break into companies both via computer systems and physically. I got a bachelor degree in Engineering with a specialization in telecommunication and wireless systems.
I got my license in 2001, but have been very passive the first 20 years.

HF: Yaesu FT-450D (WSJTX + Gridtracker on FT8. Switching between 20m and 40m)
VHF: Yaesu FT-2900
VHF/UHF: Icom E-208, Yaesu FT-7900
HT VHF/UHF: Baofeng UV-5, Baofeng UV-82, Puxing PX-777, Lanchonhl HG-UV98 (LA7AKA-7 on APRS),
SDR for receiving (Openwebrx on old Intel NUC): RTL-SDRv3 (APRS iGate LA7AKA-10), HackRF (FT8 reporter on 20m+40m) - (HackRF is currently not working, OpenWebrx is down, RTL is used as ACARS receiver.)
SDR: HackRF Portapack H2+ with Mayham firmware
ADSB - RTL-SDR is used for receiving ADSB and submits to adsbexchange, flightradar24 and flightaware.

HF: EFHW = 20.4m wire with 49:1 balun

VHF/UHF (2m/70cm): Diamond X-50
VHF (2m): DIY 1/4 GP made from scrap
APRS SSIDs:
-2 = KISS client on computer running through Direwolf instance on LA7AKA-3

-4 = Mobile tracker and digipeater (Direwolf on Raspberry Pi2 + Yaesu FT-2900)
-7 = Portable (Lanchonhl HG-UV98)
