Biography

Comencé como radioaficionado cuando tenía 13 años de edad, cuando obtuve mi licencia de "Novice" y de "General". Aprendí telegrafía (CW) y principios de radioafición en el Club de Radio del Colegio San José, en Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, bajo el liderato de Joseph Eberhard. Durante años me enfoqué solamente en CW, y muy poco SSB. Ahora invierto gran parte del tiempo en FT8 y CW.

I began as a radio amateur when I was 13 years old, at "Colegio San José"(School), at the town of Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. Back then I learned telegraphy as well as radio electronics, and communication laws, at my school's Radio Club, with Joseph Eberhard as leader of the Club, as well as teacher. For many years I worked CW, mainly, and once in awhile I used SSB. Currently I'm using FT8 and CW.
