Biography

I'm Rafael Bonano (KP4RV)President of Radio Operadores del Este, Inc (KP3RE) and Team Leader of Culebra's IOTA DXpedition 2019 coming up on Feb 22-24, 2019. Will be our First Dxpedition from IOTA NA-249 - Culebra Island and about 25 nautical miles from the eastern mainland of Puerto Rico.
