Biography

I have spent the last 16 years in the prehospital care environment in Florida serving in a variety of roles including NREMT-B, Paramedic, Critical Care Paramedic, Field Training Officer, Training Manager, and Director of Training. I have had the opportunity to connect with gold standard EMS book publishing companies such as Brady Books, Pearson Education, and Jones & Bartlett/AAOS. Eventually, I had the opportunity to work as a Public Safety Book Reviewer and reviewed several new EMS book manuscripts geared towards EMS, EMTs, Nurses, and Paramedics. In 2009, I co-authored my first book for Jones & Bartlett/AAOS publishing. I always wanted to venture into the Amateur Radio field and due to the Coronavirus now was the time for me to jump in.
