Ham since 1969. Original call sign was KL7GRM

Living on 3.3 acres in Soldotna, Alaska

Have 60' tower with a TH-7DX and a paid of 13B-2 antennas above that for 2 meters.
Also use inverted V antennas for 40 and 75 meters.
Vertical antennas for 2 meters and for 10 meters.

Sysop of the KL7ZK Winlink RMS on 20,40,80 VARA and on 2 meter packet.

Also Sysop of the AL7LE Winlink RMS in Soldotna, Alaska which currently operates on 40 meters and on 2 meter FM VARA.

Vice president of the local Moosehorn Amateur Radio Club

Equipment

IC-7610, FT-710, IC-7300, FTDX-3000 & Kenwood TS-450S transceivers.

2 - SB-220 amplifiers and an Ameritron AL-80A

IC-271H for 2 meter all mode driving a Mirage B-5030_G to 250 watts.

Also 2 Kenwood TM-V71 dual band transceivers for use on 2 meters/70cm with packet node SLD and the KL7ZK-1 PBBS on 145.01 FM.
