Biography

I was first licensed in August of 1977 as a Novice with the call WD6DBA.

After moving to Idaho in 1978 I upgraded to General obtaining the call of N7AWE.

I then upgraded to Advanced and finally to Amateur Extra in March of 1980 with my present call of KK7X.

I have been an active County Hunter since 1989 and have transmitted from 1,500 counties in 44 States.

While still active in County Hunting I have since retired and am now active in Contesting and DX'ing.

Now active on Digital - Mostly FT8

I am currently only active on CW and Digital. My radio is microphone-less

I am more than happy to QSL via LOTW or eQSL. I will also accept your direct card as long as you include an SASE. I don't need your card and understand the fact that you may need mine.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
