Biography

Have plenty of time for radio, been retired for 9 years. Like ragchewing, do this mostly on 10m
we have a group of 12 that meet each night about 2100 hrs on 28.358. Like nets but have not been active lately. Put up new antennas 1/30/2016, look forward to getting into dxing. Spent six years in USMC, two tours into Vietnam. My mos was tank mechanic. Proud to have served my country in any way I could.
Hope to meet as many as I can on the airways. 73s for now.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

Main radio is Icom IC-7600 with heil 781 mic into Al80b amp . For rag chew I use Kenwood TS-480HX
200 watts wth heil hm12 mic. 2m & 440 d-star is Icom ID-5100 with heil icm mic.
antennas are 4 element mosley, homebrew vertical for rag chew, for 6 meter use a loop n more
antenna.
