| Biography My name is Chuck Malefyt, KH6DL.
I am retired from the US Army (September 1992) and Delta Airlines (December 2013).
I obtained my Amatur Radio license (KL7WV) in September, 1982, while stationed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. After leaving Alaska my many Army moves, an overseas assingment, a career change, and other work kept me away from Ham radio until I retired from Delta Airlines. Now I am relearning the hobby.
Besides Ham radio I enjoy walking and photography.
