Hello! Thanks for visiting my page. I'm a south Texas Mobile/Portable operator. Really enjoy mobile ops and most days I'm parked at the beach next to saltwater. I also operate QRP if conditions allow low power to make the contact. Some days I operate portable off Padre Island or Ward Island with a homemade 3 element monobander on 10 meters or a vertical ground plane. I really love to chase Dx with my mobile and portable setups. Also enjoy contesting and have worked the CQ Phone contests in the rookie division with good results. These contest are a great way to add Dx countries to the Log. I use LOTW, EQSL and Paper QSL. I really prefer the paper cards so please QSL anytime. Hope to see you on the bands and in the log!
