Biography

Greetings from Southwest Arkansas

I got my General Ticket April 2012, I have a Icom IC-718 HF with a Ameritron ALS-600 Amp. I also run a Kenwood TM-281 two meter radio here in the shack. I am runing a Windom OCF Inverted V wire antenna for the 80-10 meter. I also have a home brew duel band 70 cm-2 meter J pole antenna up about 30 feet for the Kenwood.

Ham has been a very insteresting hobby. I make contact with my brother KF5PVT, who lives in Marshall TX and my nephew KF5RZC who is in the U.S. Airforce and stationed in Grand Fork, ND, when ever we can.

Simple but effective Off Center Fed inverted V, and a home brew duel band J pole antennas
