Biography

Was a Novice in 1965 and dropped the hobby then in 2016 I picked it up again and am currently a no code extra (pretty embarrassing) I am an electrical engineer that designs and manufactures professional sound equipment under the Rolls & Bellari brands. My current rig of choice is a Swan SS-100 that I refurbed myself and love. I have used a lot of boat anchors and like them all. My big unit when I actually have to know what frequency I am on is an Icom 7700 which is a beast, but a really great radio. I have wires all over my back yard, a 33'sloper with a 9:1 coil, a G5RV, and an antenna with 2 loading coils that I don't know the name of.

Equipment

Icom 7700, Swan SS-100, Swan HF 700, Hallicrafters fpm-300, Collins KWM-2A and a few more that need more love.
