Biography

I am the original owner of a Drake TR-4C, RV-4C, W-4, MS-4. 1-21-2009. I bought a used Icom-91AD which was listed on QRZ. I have a 2m/70cm antenna on my pick-up truck. At home I have a Diamond X50 and X30 antenna about 40 feet on different towers. I am on D-star through W8HEQ. I am a member of Dayton Amateur Radio Association (DARA) and ARRL. At the 2009 Dayton Hamvention I bought a Yaesu FT-857D and a Butternut Model HT9V vertical antenna. The Butternut is ground mounted with 36 31-foot radials. On October 9, 2009 I put up an Alpha Delta DX-LB Plus Dipole, about 38 feet in the air. Thank you for looking at my biography. 73
