Biography

I got my Tech ticket in September of 2017 at the Elmira NY Ham fest. I upgraded to General the following September, and will go for my extra upgrade this Coming September 2019 I just love this hobby and all the people I have met in the ham radio community. They have been so helpful and I am helping other hams , paying it forward.I am learning a lot and will be getting into digital modes in a few weeks. Equipment

Icom 718, Comet cha 250 antenna. Yaesu 2980R, Icom V800. MFG 4230 mvp power supply, as well as a 50 amp power supply I bought at a ham fest that was made from a computer server and works great. MFJ-557 practice key.. Z100 auto tuner , MFJ 949e Versa Deluxe tuner II. Zastone HT. I have a go kit that has a 10 W Jetstream dual band radio and mag mount antenna. also more batteries and can use my Icom 8000 for that as well .MFJ-557 practice key.
