Biography

Hi:

I'm way up in the Northeast Kingdom of VT (NEK).

o Yaesu FTDX-101MP (Newest Addition)

o ICOM 7610 with an ALS-600 AMP on it with a 1000 watt LDG Pro II Tuner

o ICOM 9100 barefoot with a 200 watt Pro II Tuner

o ICOM 9700 (VHF/UHF/1.2g)

o Field/Portable Radios:
o ICOM 7300
o Yaesu FT-710 AESS

o QRP/Portable Rigs:
o ICOM 705 with various antennas
o XIEGU G90 with AMP

o ICOM 7100 in my barn/shop

o Vehicle radios:
o ICOM 7100 in my truck.
o ICOM 5100 in my Can-Am defender side by side

o Old ICOM 7000 as a spare :)

o Various VHF/UHF radios including DSTAR and DMR radios.

Antennas:
o A Cobra Ultralight Senior (140 feet) oriented North/South for primarily East/West propagation
o My main antenna) - 10-160meters, probably 55-60 feet high.
o A Cobra Ultralight Senior (140 foot) oriented East/West for primarily North/South propagation.
o Probably 45 - 50 feet high, 10-160 meters.
o Have got some South America contacts I couldn't even hear on my primary on this one.
o Solarcon max 2000 dual use - CB and 10 meter
o Works great for 10 meter, very low swr
o 3 Diamond X-50's:
o 1 for 2 meter
o 1 for 70cm. (LMR 600 run for this one)
o 1 for VHF & UHF for the 7100 in my shop
o MFJ End Fed 10-40m wire antenna for my shop.
