Biography

I am enjoying Amateur Radio, now only 2 years into the hobby...I have moved south from Massachusetts to Florida!
I work strictly HF bands at this time, with time I will evolve into VHF and UHF!
My dad has been working radio for over 50 years, I am surprised that I did not join this hobby much sooner, but absolutely love this hobby...great communications with great people.

Kenwood TS-440S with CAT and HRD.
Kenwood TS-430 as a portable radio via battery, and several portable antennas I recently built,
1. portable rotating fan dipole on a tripod.
2. portable vertical antenna
3. portable 40m wire antenna

My regular vertical antenna is a Solarcon A99

The tuner is the MFJ-969
Power supply is the Astron 35amp
Asus laptop computer with HRD for cat control of the Kenwood TS-440S

I also maintain my own website utilizing the Cloudlog software for my primary logbook.
