| Biography The picture above is me when I was 9 years old sitting at our radio station in Los Angeles. I was always the builder and fixer of things. I loved to build Heathkit kits and fix neighbors TV's and Radio's. If you look closely at the picture the transmitter sitting over my right shoulder is a Heathkit AT-1 my dad and I built. Also on the desk is a Gonset Communicator II and a Hillcrafters receiver. My son Brad is also a ham operator K6BCT as well as my brother Will, K6RUZ. Worked DXCCs: Equipment On HF I have a Kenwood TS-590SG and Kenwood 440 with ground mounted verticals for 15, 17, 20 and 40 meters. I use a Yaesu FL-2100B amplifier usually running it at 500 watts on SSB | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
