Biography

I Upload Logs to LoTW and eQSL.CC

I am retired from the OTR Logistics transportation industry. I have one grown daughter and two grandchildren (no, they don't get spoiled!). I enjoy building and trying out different types of antennas. My ham equipment consists of a Kenwood TS-590S hf rig. Also use an Ameritron AL-84 Amp. My antennas are a Hy gain Th-3 Junior tribander and a 133 foot OCF inverted V. Both mounted on a 54 ft. Tri-Ex 354 crank up tower. I also play around a bit with a assortment of UHF/VHF rigs. I am a member of SK_CC member 14667. I like to roam the bands, 80/75m through 6m SSB and CW, 30m when I can find slow CW. I am still working on my code, slowly. I look forward to making new friends from all parts of the world. Happy DXing.
Rick/K4RKY.

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
