Biography

I became a ham in March 2010. I enjoy communicating on 40m - 6m andif you look at my log you can see I am having a real good time.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

I am currently using a IC-718 HF rig in the shack (my situation room). I have added a new gold series microphone to help with the audio. The antenna is a rotatable dipole manufactored by Comet (H-422). I've located the dipole on a tower about 52 ft and use an mfj-986 antenna tuner and a Ameritron AL-800 when I need a little help, (it seems as though this combination works good together.) I will be updating the antenna system (among other things) once again during the summer months.

The Mobile: I finally got the mobile up and broadcasting. It seems as though the combination is working well. My equipment consist of IC-7000, RG 213/U coax, Tokyo 450S, Hustler resonators antenna's 80 - 10 m and a diamond SX-100 meter to measure the output, I look forward in making contact with you in the near future.
