Biography

Hello OMs,

I am a Swiss HAM expat to Asia for 30 years and now happy local in JA-land. I operate under JJ1MBU from my apartment in downtown Tokyo. I am almost exclusively operating in FT-8 as my mag loop is not convenient to tune on many frequencies and the propagation levels are not good enough for other modes from here. my CW is rusty and was never good enough for continuous operations, that's a fact, sorry for the hard liners...

I hope to CPY you soon on the band, give me a CQ if you visit Tokyo after the COVID time. Happy to meet new JA hams as well.
