Biography

I had my first CB license in 1990, a little late for my age, also thanks to the encouragement of a great friend, Alfredo, today IZ5MDD, who gave me his President Jackson who he usually used in mobile and a '5/8 vertical antenna, the WEGA27, which is still in place today and with which I have had many DX.
In 2014 I decided to apply for a class A radio license thanks to my educational qualifications. I am an electrical and electronic technician and I work mainly in the photovoltaic sector as an installer and Operation & Maintenance, but also in all those sectors that require electricity, residential and industrial.
I have had a passion for electronics since I was a child, behind the impulse of my father, who at the time was also an electrical installer of TV antennas and a repairer of radio and television sets.
At the age of 7, in the mid-70s, I finished the first serious correspondence course in electrical engineering with the legendary "ScuolaradioElettra", and I began to become familiar with the laws of chemistry and physics that led to the creation of electrical systems phenomena, through small chemical experiments and electronic constructions. In 1984 I obtained the qualification diploma of "editor and repairer of radio and television equipment" and in 1986 my professional maturity with state exams as "Technician of the electrical and electronic industries". In 1988, after my military service in "Light Antiaircraft Artillery", and after doing various temporary jobs, I started working as a technician in a small local company that built PC power supplies. Today this company has about 300 employees: at the time there were 12 ... :-) :-)
In 1995 I started working in the hydro-thermo-electric sector as an employee of various companies, until 2006, when with a friend we decided to continue alone and landed on the banks of the nascent Italian photovoltaic sector.
Since 2014 I have followed this path alone, trying to face the problems that life offers .... and to solve them!
I have been married to Annamaria since 2008 and we have a daughter who currently appreciates my skills in the electronics sector but does not seem very interested in radio ... for now ... :-) :-)

to be continued ...
