Biography

HI ! My name is Rick (formerly iw1awh and iu2fgb).

I was born in 1962 in a small town in Noth West Italy, Ivrea (in the same place where a famous italian typewriter and computer factory, Olivetti, started many years ago).

Got my Ham license until 1977. Main hobbies are radios, computers, electronics, photography, scuba diving.

I like all digital radio communications, enjoy experimenting in rtty, amtor, ft8, psk, mfsk, domino, throb, oliva, jt65, analog and digital sstv and any other.

I'm now living in Milano, North Italy.

Running a Yaesu FTdx101mp with MicroHam Micro Keyer III for digital mode. I use Log4OM as general purpose logger.

I currently do my job in Milano as IT manager at Teatro La Scala.
