I live in Castelletto d'Orba, near Alessandria, Italy.
Amateur radio operator since 1967.
Industrial Engineer since 1969.
Student officer of the Italian Army Signal Corps in Cecchignola (RM) in 1973.
Lieutenant of the Italian Army Signal Corps. I served in 1974/1975, at the Military School FF. AA. of Chiavari (GE).
Operator of the coastal radio station GENOVA PT RADIO (ICB) in 1976.
Radio Spectrum Surveyor of the Ministry of communications since 1977.
Telecommunication Market Surveyor of the European Community (EC) since 1999.
Technical Director of the Ministry of communications since 2003.
Retired in 2014.
