Biography

I'm Stewart based in Budapest, Hungary. Born in the UK but living in Budapest since end of 1993 I spend my time between Budapest and Devon in the UK. HA5RV is my full CEPT Licesnse and I am also licensed in the UK as M0XXS.

I got a taste for Radio and electronics when I was a kid, and played with CB radio as a teenager, I didn't take it further then as I would have needed CW, these days that's not required (but I'd like to learn it anyways!). I am still very much into electronics and so I like making my own home brew things where possible.

Equipment

I have several radios such as Icom IC-7610, and building up a uBITX for HF and I have a lot of handhelds, several Baofengs, MD-380 and GD-77 for VHF/UHF. Recently built a Pi-Star hotspot (http://www.pistar.uk/).
