Biography

Hello!

Thanks for visiting my qrzcq.com page.

I'm István (Steve) from Budapest, Hungary. Born in 1981, working as a licenced aircraft mechanic on B737 and A320 types, more than 15 years. I got my first HAM licence (CEPT Novice) in 2016, so I'm still a new guy on the bands.

I live in a flat, so I have antenna problems, but maybe next summer I can install them on the top of the building. Until that I'm using digi modes on HF. I like very much the JT65 and JT9 modes, my fav band is 40m.

I'm also working on 2m/70cm both in analog and digital (DMR&C4FM), on the local repeaters and simplex.

I'm the member of Radioamateur Club of Capital City Budapest. www.ha5kdr.hu

Hope to see You on the bands!
