Biography

Started as an SWL in 1977.

Took the RAE in May 1978 and became G8RVK in Jan 1979.

Finally got round to doing the CW test in 1988 and became G0KTH in Dec 1988.

Have dabbled in microwaves (23cms and 10GHz), ATV (70cms) and home constructing as well as operating on the HF and V/UHF bands.

Interested in the data modes.

Spent four months down in the Falkland Islands in 2000 as VP8DBN.

Now living in Orkney - IOTA: EU-009 WAB: ND49 GMDX IOSA: 089 (OR14)
