The prefix GE is now (since late 2024) the only sure way to guarantee that a licensed station is operating from England. Recent licence changes allow the G prefix to be used from any UK site (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Irelanx etc)
Located in Leicester Forest East on the western edge of the city of Leicester.
Leicester is about 150km north of London, almost in the centre of England.

Baofeng UV5R (for 2m & 70cm FM) (No external antenna)

Digital modes & Hell, PSK, RTTY via a very boring HP WIndows 10 laptop. (Linux Mint on a Dell laptop until August 2022)
