Biography

I'm an engineer interested in all forms of amateur radio. At the moment I'm into mainly FT8 and SSB. Check out my website for my experiments in radio www.g7wjw.co.uk

Equipment

Yaesu FT991, Icom 7300, Yaesu FT290R mk2 which i've recently restored, Anytone 878, a vertical for 2m / 70cm and 6m, 10m 5/8th vertical, end fed long wire for 10 to 80m with an SGC3000 tuner. Finally an MLA30 loop modified with a 1m diameter loop made from 10mm copper tube which feeds an SDR Play RSPdx receiver. Oh yeah and a DX commander MBV!
