Biography

Back into the hobby after a long gap, Got my G6 in March 1983. Operated from the East midlands until 1999. let my license laps when we moved to Norfolk on the East coast. retired in 2013, Reactivated my license again in November 2014.My interest is mainly in home antennae construction, and digital modes.

My QSL card shows Lord Nelson who is a son of Norfolk England with a picture of a painting of the battle of Trafalgar where Nelson lost his life. There is also a picture of Lord Nelsons column which is in Trafalgar Square London the third picture is of the little Norfolk Village where Lord Nelson was born, the last picture is of the coat of arms for Norfolk, if I have sent you a QSL or would like one give me a call on the Data modes and I will send you one I hope that you enjoy it.

I an running a Yeasu FT-991 multi mode through a MFJ 941E antenna tuner into a OCF Dipole cut for 80m. I also operate on 2Mtr and 70cms Yaesu FT-7800 into a duel band X510 at 20ft.
