Biography

Licenced in 1983. Morse as QRP is my 99.9% mode although hands are getting older and fist wandering a little even with the paddle key!! Joined the 14.060 Facebook group for sharing QRP stories. I don't think I have ever used more than 5w since I started, morse is a very addictive mode amd just so good! G-QRP member.

Equipment

Kenwood TS870S. Vertical Moonraker on 6m pole just for now. Paddle key using the electronic keyer. Morse is an art that everyone I have spoken to that has achieved 20wpm is rightly proud.
August 2022 home made slim-jim for 2m, had first contact on 2m for ten years .... good going!
Still practicing with QRQ but that is still ongoing.
