Biography

Licenced as G4PFK in 1982 using Trio/Kenwood transceivers TS530S & TS130V and still have them.
Operated on and off until November 2004, when other interests took over including scuba diving, foreign travel & photography which is still a major hobby. Interest in amateur radio was rekindled in August 2018 replacing the original dipoles and coax. Now using a Yaseu FT990 on SSB connected to a G5RV antenna with the intention to get back on CW.
I have uploaded my logbooks to QRZ.COM and I know there are a few errors due to typo mistakes often when entering dates & times. Things have changed in the last 14 years so I will try to adapt to modern tech but notice that the good old ham spirit is still there.

Worked DXCCs:

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
