Equipment

FT-911 driving home-brew linear amplifiers for 2 metres (BLF188XR MOSFET) and 6 metres (BLF578 XR MOSFET), both producing up to 400 Watts.
For 70 cm BLF184 XR producing 400 Watts, for 23cm 2 x XRF-286 producing 150 Watts.
2 metre antenna is 9 ele Tonna pro.
6 metre antenna is Innovantennas 4 ele loop fed array.
70 cm antenna is a 15 ele LFA.
23cm antenna is a 44 element WIMO.
2 metre, 70cm and 23cm receivers have ultra low noise GaAsFET preamplifiers.
Linear amps. have 7 pole low pass filters.
70 cm and 23 cm antennas not on main mast - I erect them in the garden when conditions warrant and also use them for /P operation from my nearby high spot.
2m and 6m antennas 12 metres agl, with QTH 140 metres asl, clear take off East, South and West. Very poor take off in Northerly directions.

HF is FT991 or FT897 with home brew MOSFET linear amp, (4 x VRF2933) 400 Watts to a Hy-Gain 14 AVQ trap vertical, no radials, not very well set up.
I try to be active for UKAC contests on Tuesdays as often as weather and work permit.
Hope to work you soon,
73s
Richard
