Biography

Back in the early 1950's I was lent an R1155 RX by my brother in law. I used it a lot for several months but then he wanted it back. My father bought me an Eddystone S640 which I used as an SWL for around 5 years. I got my licence in December 1958 and progressed over the years from homebrew transmitters to a KW2000E. I have had a great range of equipment over the years and now have as below. Antennas have varied from long wires, dipoles, to 3 element beams.
