HOW TO GET THE QSL CARD

- Via the Logbook Of The World of l'ARRL. It's the most sure way to get the confirmation.

- Via F5PHW via bureau or direct.
- For direct QSL, I request a little particpation in order to have much money to send you back the QSL.
- For French stations, please use self-adressed enveloppe and one french stamp with your QSL request.
- For stations in European Union, please send one self-adressed QSL and 1 "green stamp".
- For stations outside of European Union, please use 2 "green-stamps".

Please, DON'T SEND IRC. I DON'T ACCEPT IRC NOW.
