We have some problems with the delivery of mail between the New-Caledonia and some countries around the world.

From a few weeks, the postage is OK from New-Caledonia to USA. You can send the QSL, no problem for the return

My QTH is NOUMEA in New-Caledonia, french country.

First of all, I would like to point out that New Caledonia is a dependency of France, we are French people with a French passport. The official flag of New Caledonia is the flag of France, our motherland.

The flag of New-Caledonia is the France flag (BLUE,WHITE,RED). The flag on DX Atlas is WRONG !!!.
