1968-1969 - CW Telegraph Operator in the French Navy (Brest)
Radio Technician at France Télécom in Sainte-Assise (77): high-power transmitters (35, 80, 120, and 250 kW). Le Conquet (29): maritime radio transmission center (tube transmitters + 1-3 kW power transistors), Villejuif (94): studies, installations, and troubleshooting of private "island and mountain" links, Saint-André-de-Corcy (01): Eurosignal, maritime and mobile VHF, R2000, PTT VHF and UHF network. Word and Excel (Multiplan) training. Programming of measuring devices via the I3E bus (Turbo Pascal).
1981/1987 - Djibouti - Head of the Maritime Radio Center - Maintenance and troubleshooting of transmission and reception center installations - Commissioning of 10 kW ceramic tube transmitters "4CX10000", installation of 3/30 MHz THCSF antennas.
Return to Saint-André-de-Corcy (interference section). I left the French Post Office (PTT) (privatization of France Télécom in 1992) to work for the National Radiocommunication Service (SNR), which would later become the National Frequency Agency (ANFR).
At the ANFR, in the "interference" section, I specialized in radio interference research and measurement, spectrum monitoring, compliance checks, and radio site engineering. I was an examiner for amateur radio operator certificates and maritime radio certificates.
Deputy Head of the French Polynesia section of the French Post Office (PTT) – Control of ship radio installations, authorizations, interference, regulations, certificates and licenses, etc. – In China, "Fuzu" provided telecommunications expertise for ships built for Polynesia. Returned to Saint-André-de-Corcy (01) within the "Private Network Control" section, examiner for amateur and maritime radio licenses.
Several overseas missions: French Guiana, Réunion. Participation in numerous national events related to radio network monitoring: Tour de France, FIFA World Cup and Rugby World Cup, papal visit to Paris, Formula 1 at Magny-Cours, Albertville Olympic Games.
My skills: radio measurements, spectral analysis, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Programming of tools specific to radio measurements via I3E interfaces in TP3, C, and C++
Hobbies: Dog training, amateur radio (F6 license since 1975), model boating and aeronautics.
