Hello and welcome.
My name is Jordi and I am still very inexperienced in hamradio, my license is from the beginning of 2019, which I have been playing in a citizen band since the 90s. I really like to work in digital modes but I think that the real radio is the voice, not even with keyer. I am located in the south-east of France, at the foot of Mount Canigo that climbs up to 2,785m altitude. I am on the northwest side at about 600m altitude which does not facilitate contacts to the South (Africa, Canary Islands, Arabia etc) especially considering that my installation and equipment are very modest:

1/2 wave omnidirectional antenna for 10m.
Wire antenna End Feed 4 bands 40m, 20m, 15m, 10m.
Sjim J pole antenna (portable installed in fixed) for 2m and 70cm.

The equipment are:

ICOM IC-756PRO
XIEGU G90
CB and 10m CRT SS6900

and in mobile and portable:
several typos of cb / 10m and portable low cost and power 2m and 70cm fm analog

Mi nombre és Jordi y aún soy muy inexperto en esta afición, mi licencia és de principios de 2019 aún que llevo desde los años 90 jugando en banda ciudadana. Me gusta mucho trabajar en modos digitales pero considero que la auténtica radio es la de voz, ni siquiera con keyer. Estoy situado en el sud-este de Francia, al pie del monte Canigo que sube asta los 2.785m de altitud. Estoy por su lado noroeste a unos 600m de altitud lo cual no me facilita los contactos acia el sud (Africa, Canarias, Arabia etc) sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que mi instalacion y equipos son muy modestos:

antena omnidireccional de 1/2 onda para los 10m.
antena de hilo End Feed de 4 bandas 40m, 20m, 15m, 10m.
antena Sjim Jpole (portatil instalada en fijo) para 2m y 70cm.

Los equipos son:

CB y 10m CRT SS6900

y en movil y portable:
varios typos de cb/10m y portatiles de bajo coste y potencia 2m y 70cm fm analogicos
