Tengo la costumbre de enviar mi tarjeta QSL a todos con los que hablo, siempre que no tenga que ser directa, y si es directa, no tengo ningun problema en contestar las que recibo. No necesito IRC ni dolares ni nada de eso.
Me parece muy importante dejar bien clara la forma de envio de QSL en este tipo de buscadores. BUREAU-DIRECT o como la quieras, si es que la quieres.
