| Biography I'm DO2JSA Jürgen and I live in the beautiful state of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany, about 60 km northwest of Hamburg. Our town is called Wilster in the Wilstermarsch region, a small town just outside Itzehoe. I got my HAM license in May 2007, and my station has the following equipment (as of June 2015): my Ten-Tec Orion contest transceiver (since August 2, 2014), a YAESU FT-FT991A, and an IC 7300 (still packed away). A YAESU FUSION FTM-400XDE transceiver in the shack for 2m and 70cm digital repeaters. The shortwave antenna is a Kelemen monoband dipole. For 2m and 70cm, I use a Diamond V2000 at a height of 12m above sea level. I have a YAESU FUSION FTM-400DXE
transceiver in my Volkswagen Caddy Maxi. My favorite band is the 15m band, and I receive it
regularly whenever the band is open. In digital, I often receive directly in C4FM on QRG 145.375
in VW mode, or sometimes in FM. Otherwise, I often use my new DMR Anytone and Hytera. I can often
be reached on DL. I can access the relay via BrantMeister on DM0IZH Local T9 or via my both hotspots...
On August 31, 2018, I changed chapters in DARC and am now in the Big Chapter Kiel-Molfsee DOK M-30. Since July 2022, I have also been in the GERMAN VFDB Z-71 Itzehoe local chapter. QSL only via DARC or E-mail.
