Biography

Dear YL, OM & SWL, welcome to my QRZ.COM site, welcome to Ostbevern, Germany (JO32WB)

My first contact with the shortwave was in 1970 as a young child 9 years old.
I got a big Tubes Radio from my grandfather, a "SABA Freiburg W III"
Aged 14 years, I began my adventure as a CB radio operator.
I get my first radio on christmas 1975 and I remained this hobbie faithful until 1993.
Since 2013 I'm 'on air' again and on Saturday April 2nd 2016 I get my ham radio license.
My membership in the RBI-DX-Club (Radio Berlin International DX Club- German Democratic Republic)
from 1982 to 1990 was very curious, because at that time I was a sergeant with security level in the German Bundeswehr.
Licensed since April 2, 2016 (Class "E")
