Biography

Hi, my name is Martin.

i was born 1977 and licensed 2001. From 2001 to 2012 my callsign was DO1OMS. I changed it to DO1CA due to better readability in SSB operations. I am happily married to my wife Andrea.

My interrests and main activity are digital mode operations on the 10, 15 and 80 meter HF bands like PSK, RTTY, JT-65, HELLSCHREIBER and many more. If you are interrested in a Digi-Sked, for example in HELL, feel free to write me an Email.

You can also meet me in contests, operating my own or our club callsigns DF0XX and DA9X. I am a proud member of theARRL, the DARC, EPC and the Feldhellclub.

I prefer "classic" paper QSL. I am collecting all kind of QSL Cards from all over the World. I like this "old-fashioned stuff" and i send and answer all cards 100% via the german bureau or direct.

Bureau Cards: Answered monthly via bureau.
Direct QSL cards: Please send me a SAE or self-adhesive adress label. IRC or green Stamps are NOT REQUIRED!
I send eQSL and LotW automatically for every contact (Logbook upload).
SWL Reports are welcome and are answered 100%.
Paper QSL requests via eMail are accepted too - just send me your (SWL-) Call, the QSO Data and your address.
