Biography

I am 45 years young and licensed since 1988. The main focus of my hobby is contesting and DXing. My current project is setting up a Skimmer-Server Cluster.

Included modes are CW; RTTY; BPSK31; BPSK63 (and other in contest).

Scanned bands are usually 160m, 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m and 10m. The number of bands is different, it is dependent on the season and the time of day.

Data are sent continuous to RBN (Reverse Beacon Network), Digital Cluster System by DL4RCK and to pskreporter.info. More information about my Cluster can be found on my private homepage http://skimmer-server.dl9gtb.de

A further project is http://www.pskreporter.de. There is still much to do, but unfortunately I have too little time.

I'm member of: DARC, ARRL, RRDXA, EPC, DMC, BDM, CDG, and NDG.
