Biography

I am a Radio-Amateur now more than 40 years.
At the age of 14 I started with modyfied CB-Radios, later I swapped them for a Kenwood TR-9000 2m SSB Transceiver. During the time of my military service I had to deal with radio communication too. After that followed my further education, wife and cat. I got my first Ham-Radio-License in 1985 but the job,family and later house, had priority during this time.
For a couple of years I took the chance to live my hobby as a job also by selling HAM-equipment in the city Düsseldorf. The result was a well equiped shack at home.

But still there is a bit too less time for the hobby.

I always enjoy the time to be "ON AIR" .
