Biography
Professional Radio Officer on all types of sea ships from 1974 to 1990 around the world with various activities as DK7AU/mm on different ships. (German maritime mobile stations with official licence had been very rare in this time period). Worked ashore as Electronics Engineer for ship service companies from 1990 to 2002. Then senior teacher for electronics in social education networks. Retired in November 2020.
Active on all ham radio bands, mostly CW and Digital Modes. Please contact also my ham radio education station DN1LO when ever you hear this call on bands. You are invited to welcome and help new radio enthusiasts cause these operators are mostly new and/or young girls and boys interested in ham radio performing their very first QSO. Please, be patient and give a chance to them. DN1LO has a special QSL card which will be sent for any QSO surely via bureau or direct on request (SAE plus 2US$).

Digital Mode: no more digital activities since 2020, prefer hand-made human communications only.
