Biography

Born 03/1939 in Berlin. After war lived in Lübeck northern Germany. Licence as scoolboy 1958. Studied Communications technology at the highscool of Aachen in the very west of Germany. Worked as a teacher of Communication technology at a college for electrical engineering in Aachen. Lived there from 1959 up to 2015. Two children a boy and a girl. Had been very active in HAM Radiowith big antennas. My woman DH4KYL died in 2015. Since 2016 I live in Much, 30 km east of Bonn with a nice Lady. Here I have only two wired dipoles, but still active, mostly in CW with my now 81 years.
Since the 1970s I'm writing articles and later books for learning Radio technology for HAM radio licence. One of those books has the tenth edition.
During months of "winter" (October to April), I live with that lady in my or her holiday home in Spain, as EA5/DJ4UF. During summer we live in Germany and still doing camping.
